Vacature Team Lead Administratie

As this international extremely succesfull company grows bigger and better, we are hiring a next-level team lead for the finance & administration team to help manage what comes in and out at the biggest digital production company on the planet. You’ll work as part of the most-fun team in finance. You’ll be part of a unique company producing amazing work and results.

Together with the controlling team, the finance & administration team is part of the Finance Department at the Head Quarters in Hilversum. The finance & administration team is responsible for the administration of 12 companies around the globe.

As a Team lead, you are responsible for:

  • Leading the administrative team within the finance department
  • Checking the correctness and completeness of the general ledger entries
  • Monthly closing and validating monthly financials
  • Processing payments
  • Compiling and submitting VAT returns
  • Contacting several outside parties (banking institutions, credit card institutions, service providers, et cetera)
  • Improving the administrative processes
  • Managing the office mail and several other tasks


  • Fluent in English and Dutch, verbal and written
  • Experience as a finance admin, for a minimum of 5 years
  • Preferrably experience in this same role of Finance admin team lead
  • It considers a full time contract position (40-hours week)
  • HBO thinking and working level
  • No rigid nine-to-five mentality
  • Hands on mentality
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Full knowledge of Exact globe preferred
  • Great attention to detail
